Gluckstein Design Planning is currently seeking an enthusiastic intermediate interior designer who is well versed in both residential and commercial design. Applicant should exhibit a passion for a wide range of aesthetics ranging from classical to modern.

Responsibilities and Duties

The role of intermediate interior designer requires coordination and collaboration with design team members within and outside the office, along with clients, trades, suppliers and consultants. Day to day tasks range from, but are not limited to, interior space planning, ID drawing package creation, editing and distribution, custom millwork design, sourcing of hard finishes, sourcing of soft finishes and furnishings, meeting with various team members and responding to correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills

Creativity and passion are critical along with technical skills such as proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard softwares. Applicants should have experience working with high-end furnishings and finishes. Excellent project and client management skills are critical, with clear and concise written and oral communication skills. Applicant should have a minimum of 3-4 years experience working as an Interior Designer.
